Jeff is s Managing Director of Pacific Oak Residential, Inc. In this role, his primary responsibilities are cash management and reporting, including financial oversight of the property managers engaged by the REIT’s. Through Jeff’s pervious roll as Manager of the Renovation and Maintenance division, he has a thorough understanding of the operation side of the single-family rental business.
Prior to joining Pacific Oak Residential, Jeff founded Professional Business Solutions Inc., which focused on corporate tax preparation and financial planning for small to mid-sized business. Jeff began his career at Salomon Brothers and First Boston after receiving his B.S. in Finance from C.W. Post College.
Jeff is a Certified Financial Planner and MLO.
