Your documented monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent. For example: if you are looking to rent a $1,200 per month home, your minimum monthly income would need to be $3,600.
Application Requirements
Each resident over the age of 18 must submit an application.
Additional information and documentation will be required. Meeting the initial requirements does not guarantee approval.
Viewing an Available Home
Our homes are available for viewing via a self-guided tour. Once you select a property, click on the “Schedule a Showing” link on the property page. You will be asked to provide your name, cell phone number and email address. You will also be asked a few questions on how you found us. Once you submit the request you will receive a confirmation via SMS text to your cell phone. If you are unable to receive text messages or have special accessibility needs, you can request to view a property by phone. Call our office at 904-400-7500, Ext #1, between 8:30 a.m. EST and 5:30 p.m. EST. All calls will be returned within two business days.
Applying for a Home
Lease applications can be submitted online by clicking the “Apply Now” button on the property page. Prior to submitting your application, please make sure you meet the initial qualifications listed above. To make the process faster it is a good idea to gather all the required documents listed above before starting your application.
